Fps prob while frapsing

Hello I have :

processor: AMD athlon 64 x2 6000+ Dual core box am2
motherboard : Gigabyte Ga-m56s-s3
ram : 2gb ddr2 2x1gb kingston 800 mhz
hdd ; 320gb western digital s-ata 16mb (one partition)
graphic : Gigabyte 8800gt 512mb
win: xp sp2

I have problem with fps while frapsing,i have great fps in game,lik 200+ in 2v2 arena and about 100-150 in ironforge,around 40 on illidan.Whenever i start frapsing my fps lowers to 15-20.thats unplayable.I set fraps to 35fps in full size.playing wow in 1152x864 resolution,same as win resolution.i checked task manager,fraps was using 50% processor.If anyone know what or had same problem plz help me.Iv been googling alot and havent found anything to help me.

The problem was Sata slot on motherboard.
