resolution question

What's the best resolution to record a movie? I mean, im currently playing at 1680x1050 (widescreen), but I think when someone watches my video and his res is like 1024x768, his video screen will be flatten or something.
So any suggestions for a resolution? : o

Just cut it in half, put fraps at 50%, that way it won't rape your frame rate so bad and you'll be sure it should fit into the screens of anyone who watches the movie.
