Extreamly slow download speed with premium

Hey, just upgraded to premium because i noticed it was only 2 quid per month or something, tried to download some movies using the premium links and they are currently downloading at 4.5kb/s when i could just go ahead and download them from filefront at 450kb/s. any1 else experience this?
Im guessing you have a problem wiht your servers or something, because im quite sure its not a problem at my end.

I am too am getting slow download speeds unless I use an addon for firefox called DownThemAll (not sure why though).
