Problems recording sound with FRAPs.

Hey, I haven't posted here in a while because I haven't had much of a problem. But I've been having problems with FRAPs for a long time now. It won't record any in-game sound - only mic. I'll unplug the mic and everything in the USB slots, but still nada. I've tried both "detect best sound input" and "use Windows input", but nothing has worked. I've also gone under sound properties, made sure Wave and such were all checked. Think someone could lend a helping hand ?
