6 hours new, Vid quality help pls?

Hello, I just became interested in making some WoW videos for my guild and myself. So far I've only made one and the video quality came out pretty poor, the programs I used were

Fraps: for recording Recorded at 50 FPS, full screen.

Windows movie maker: for editing (most likely the problem sense Fraps runs fine on my PC and all the video's look great before I edit them or add music.)

Video host: Youtube - Video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kMzXW-Dx3Fw

Yes it's a PvP video and yes I do get my arse kicked (I know this).

anyway back to the topic I was wondering what I could do to help my video quality! thanks in advance for any possible advice,

WMM uses terrible quality codecs. Use like x264 or something. Read around the stickies on how to make a real high quailty video.

For real editing, go get Sony Vegas.
