how to still frame in vegas.

This might be a dumb question, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to stretch a still frame. Can someone please explain to me how when making a video you can take one frame from your footage and stretch it out I'd be grateful thanks.

Above your preview window u should see a tiny button that says "take still frame" or something to that effect, press it, goes automatically into ur project media. once u done that u can just stretch it out...

The quality is lowered a little, but shouldn't be a problem.
