Vegas movie preview window fatal problem.

So I've been having this problem since I installed Vegas 8.0 Pro.

Every time I put an effect on a clip, like Sony Light Rays or Chroma Keyer, the movie preview window gets 1-2 fps (with Preview: Auto&full settings) and makes it impossible to edit the clip good.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Shouldn't be a problem, should it? (:

Well, it might be that your computer is "too old" to preview the video easily. Maybe it might help if you tell us your computer specifications.
