Upload impossible

Hello,

I'm trying to upload a movie but it seems that that the browster is endlessly waiting for response from 89.238.137.34

I can not ping http://89.238.137.34/

I've trying without firewall.

Do you think it may be because I'm behind a router ?

Hm ok ... upload speed went from 0 kb/sec to 2 Mb/sec ... and the upload finished in a few seconds ...
