Cannot proceed to Step 2

I'm trying to post a video but after filling out the information on step one, when I click to go to step 2 I get sent to this link, http://www.warcraftmovies.com/movieview.php?id=174729 with what looks like my movie posted but an error in the video saying it hasn't been uploaded. Can someone tell me if there's a problem submitting movies? I tried this on Firefox and IE.

Does this happen when you are on submit.php and Step 1? When you click proceed you end up on movieview?
