Livestream or DL?

Which do you prefer?
Livestream

Don't have to wait on DL time
Can be viewed pretty much instantly, however in usually lower quality.

Download

Download servers can be busy/full
Download servers can be incredibly slow
Have to wait for the download itself
Usually higher quality

If there is no livestream and the file is under 150MB I might be willing to DL if it has gotten good reviews or is something I KNOW i want to watch. Live stream isn't always that bad. DL for quality.(Mostly Perfer that)

Livestream if I don't feel like downloading specially a big file.
