Nop GameCam got awarded, fraps is just known by more people. I own both full version cams, i prefer GameCam, it can more than just record, zoom audio effects, light effects and i dont know what + it captures 5 times better quality and fills like nothing on your hard drive
Fraps is okay, but GameCam > Fraps

How about I test both programs, I guarantee you Fraps is better, free and full.

Results: Fraps has better quality, gamecam used 50% more CPU power. Fraps could record at 30 FPS, Gamecam recorded at 2.

I think the results show Fraps is a superior program regardless any awards given. I'm sorry but you are gonna have the same answer from well over a million users that disagree with you on that one.
