Rendering/Encoding Help, have pics of settings inside.

I can not figure out how to make this stuff any smaller but to maintain video quality.

I use Fraps, create video in Sony Vegas using xvid and this guide step by step. And add sound via Vdub

http://www.warcraftmovies.com/articleview.php?id=21

Process is Fraps>Pass1>Pass2>mp3 Audio>Vdub.

Here are my settings via pictures

Here is the final video 5:30 long, and 131 mb WTF

Any Help would be appreciated, tryin to figure out how people make videos with same or better quality but 1/4 the size. I have tried Lowering the Rez to 640xXXX, and Sound to 112x44 but only goes down to 100mb and is shittier quality.

Think maybe its my Vdub setting or something, It doesn't make it any smaller when I run it threw that.

Any Help is Appreciated

I'll download the movie when I get home to check the quality. Your settings are fine in vegas though. What is the resolution you use ingame to capture. I noticed that sometimes when you downsize the resolution your filesize goes up wich I think is strange because you throw away so many pixels. To be honest for a 5:30 minute movie 131mb doesn't look all to bad to me Nowadays people on WCM bring out movies of 30 minutes being 1GB big. Now that's overdoing it
