Could you paste (or pm) a traceroute to 89.238.137.34?
In windows, run a command window and enter tracert 89.238.137.34

I'm with Virgin Media, UK. I was just downloading at 70kb/s from the U.K servers, switched to NL servers and i received 1.4mb/s.

From the link your provided im donwloading at 750k but the premium servers at 15-20k......

Just a heads up regarding the new premium servers. They are being set up right now and we are working hard to get them up before the next weekend.
