Noobflicks.com stream laggs

Hey guys,

so like the Thread title says noobflicks.com streams are realy laggy and i don't know why.
I got an 265 mb graphic card
1 GB ram
AMD ATHLON 3000+ 1.80 GHZ
and 40 GB Hard drive

actually I think that there shouldn't be any problems with streaming videos but it laggs hard every two second it stucks.

Maybe anyone has some suggestion to fix that problem
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
