How do you make the screen shake?

Shake, as in.. when the music plays and you hear the huge bass beat, I want the screen to shake and rumble.. if you know what I mean.. How can I do this with Sony Vegas ?

Pan/crop and keyframes

I don't want to go into much depth because I dont have much time, perhaps someone else will help or you figure it out your self.

Film Effects:

Jitter(enable particles) and drag the button to increase shaking.

And oh sorry, the only version of vegas that works for me with this Jitter effect is 5.0
