Favorite function changed/broekn?

Hi,

Firstly I'm not sure if the favorite function has changed from the old site but when an author that I have added to my favorite list publishes a movie, it doesn't send me a message to tell me so anymore...

Secondly, I can't seem to add any more authors to my favorite list. When I click on the add to favorite button, it just gives me a pop up box with the 'close button alone' and no message saying it was added to my favorite list. Please help. Thanks.

I tested this out and it works fine for me...

Can you link the movie that you tried to favorite an author with?

At the moment I can't add anybody to my favorites list but to provide you with a link which I was interested in adding:

I tried deleting one of my already added favorites author (niar) and adding him back on but I failed at this as well.
In addition to these problems, I can't delete a favorite movie which I accidentally added. Here's the link:

When I try to delete this movie from my favorite movie by clicking the red trash can to the right of the title, the screen takes me to the favorite authors list. I go back to the favorite movies list and still see the movie.

Both of these problems surfaced after the remodeling of the website.

Try and clear your cookies..Also if you have a popup blocker please put it on "Allowed for this site"

I tried clearing out cookies. I also tried using 3 other computers. All had same problems.
I have no 3rd party pop up blockers, and have disabled Internet explorer's pop up blocker.

I'm currently using Windows XP.

This is a little weird...I rechecked this out and its working fine for me... Which browser are you using?

Internet explorer 6.0. I tried the latest firefox but same result.
Would it be faster if I close my account and rejoin to see if it's fixed? Do you guys allow closed account names to be used again right away?

By the way thanks for looking into this matter extensively, I really do appreciate your help!

I'm not sure about that question I'd have to look into it...

Try "Logging out and logging back in" If this doesn't work I will inform the admins

Also if you could get a screenshot of this problem it would help a lot.

and no problem for helping it's what I do

This is what happens when I try to click that add author to favorite link. No message of saying it was added, but only the 'close' button is visible. When I go to my favorite list, the author is not added.

I get this error as well. I had tried to add another author to my list, it never happened, however I can remove authors from my favorite authors list. I can't really say anything about the new movie notification though.

Also removing favorite movies from the list is a problem.
