We found the script we used before but it needs some modifications before we can test it out. We will do our best to have it solved by tomorrow.

Tried the UK one and NL/FR earlier in the day, they all worked at about the same speed (500 kB/s or more on average), just tried all 3 again and they're all giving around 8 kB/s.

I can actually torrent at faster speeds when it's being throttled.. lol..
