Custom-> Video Tab -> Configure
Encoding Type set to 2nd pass. Once you've set to 2nd pass, the entry field below that will light up. The button for that field should default to [Target Size (kbytes)].. Make sure you save the profile in vegas after you type in the kbps thing and close that xvid window.
And I recommend using these settings in xvid: (MPEG instead of H.263 there) |
