Making a movie out of an allready encoded file.
Hi, since last evening I have been trying to make a small parody movie out of the first WoW Cinema, but been running into some difficulties. What I'm trying to do is editing the 1024 resolution one that comes shipped with the game, and all I am going to do is add some subtitles and perhaps some fade-in's and out's.
I figured Movie Maker would be enough for this simple thing, but it couldn't load the video, only the audio. I went over to Premier Pro, and I did in fact complete it within a few hours, but to my horror found out I couldn't export it and get a decent quality with any kind of combination of encoding. Not to mention that the aspect ratio was off, and I couldn't do anything to make it proper. The movie is 45mb, and has a perfect quality. But when I tried to export it in Premier without encoding I ended up with a file with worse quality and 950mb in size. I don't know what to do anymore, so I turn to the community: How do I retain the quality of the movie while at the same time be able to just add some simple subtitles and some editing? |
