Problem with fraps, Need help from someone more experiance then me..

Hey!, Im pritty noobish when it comes to fraps and so on.. So I figured it would be best to seek out some help..

Well, The problem I got is that when I record I get these red / blue / greenish lines all over the clip I recorded, I could fraps before with no problem at all

Can it be something wrong with my grapic card? (Using a kinda crappy comp atm) But Ive recorded on this one before
