Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 6.0 HELP

Hey hey
I Use Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 6.0
I know u can Slow down a clip by Ctrl and Drag it out but i WANT to use a Velocity Enverlope...But you cant right click , insert/remove, verlocity on my Verson but you can on Sony Vegas 6.0.

i was under the impression that Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 6.0 was the same if not a step up from just Sony Vegas 6.0,

When i right click, insert/remove - i can only choose from compisite level or Fade to colour. am i looking in the wrong place? or is my verson sh*t??
Can someone clear this up for me please.
