Lower your resolution to 1280x800 or lower. That's the highest resolution for fraps with widescreen monitors.

also for your second question make sure you have "no sync" unchecked. It's in the movie tab.

i followed all the settings and i got amazing quality but 1 thing an 11minute video is 327mb, i cant tell if thats correct or not? if its not is there a way i can reduce it.

I just watched a Nihilum video and that quality was on a scale of 10 a 10/10 and mine i would say is 8/10. I record at 1440x900 Widescreen(19") and that is over the resolution required for non-duel core, but every other widescreen resolution i try to set i get crap quality in-game. Any help?
