voice for wow movies,

hey, in many movies, they dub they characters, sometimes with cool voices etc, i wondered is there any programs that allows you to do this? in that case, witch one? how do they work? can i use the clips in vegas?

im thinking of acting such as in the new garthD movie etc.

any tips, help, etc is welcome

everyone i find requires you to purchase it, and its not worth it in my eyes.
