How does WOw map viewer work

I tried this software every area i seem to load nothing but blue i can't trasport anywhereor find any main cities.

Can someone please show me the correct place to dl this and how it works.

The site you have to download it from is www.wowmodelviewer.org, the download for map viewer is found on that site as well.
As for the blue screens, I'm not sure what the problem is, maybe you've clicked too far from the actual map when you try to enter a map.
I suggest you check their forums, you might find a better answer there.

Edit: Just noticed this is an old post.

Guess it got dug up after all that spam got removed.
Edit2: Oh the spam didn't get removed, must've been watched a different page. =/
