WCM Promo!

Hello i have a problem with this WCM Promo's when i put it in my movie. It dont wanna show up, i can only hear voice and no "screen".

What should i do?

is that promo fromat .avi ?
and are u using sony vegas?
if it is u should use wmv format promos on sony vegas.
because sony vegas doesnt support some avi formats.

Vegas really really REALLY REALLY dosn't like xvid/divx and other "small" formats (i say "small" with very many """"""")
