HELP HELP: The AVI File was not prepared for sequential reading

Hey guys i followed the guide called Rendering with Sony Vegas - after finishing it - when i tried to watch it - i got this error

This AVI File was not prepared for sequential reading, the alternative 'Avi Splitter' will now let the default one handle it. The complete reinterleaving of this file is strongly recommended before burning onto a slow media like cd-rom.

THEN after this message the movie plays fine - but i dont want to continue edditing to find out i messed something up and have to go back

Sounds like a crappy decoder somewhere.. Wouldn't worry if I were you. Your movie can always be recompressed if something does go wrong with that.
