New to Vegas and looking for help...

After using some archaic version of premiere I have been experimenting with Vegas and am really having a tuff time getting used to it. I was wondering if anyone could point me towards a good resource with video tutorials on some of the more basic stuff. I find the built in help is only really helpfull is you have a specific questions/problems, as opposed to something like, how do I do everything?

I think once I have a good feeling for the basics (ie. cutting clips, adding effects/transition, Titles, etc...) I will be able to explore the program much better on my own.
