WowModelViewer quality problems! Need Help!

Hi, so i'm new to machinima.. and i'm making a music video just to get used to Wowmodelviewer, wowmapviewer and Sony Vegas Pro 9. but i got a problem.

I use FRAPS (Full) to record. but when i record in the mapviewer, and place it in Sony Vegas the quality its fine, and watchable, but when i record in modelviewer the quality its shit and i just want to cry when i see how blurry and bad it is.. can someone help me whit this?
