Requesting video/part removal?

First of all, I want to say that I am in no way suggesting any video, or parts of a video removed.

My question is; if somebody were to see themselves in one of the movies here and did not want to take part of it, would they then be able to demand the removal of the movie? Because, as far as I know. If you are filmed and this film is distributed in any way, you should have the right to ask for the part where you are included removed.

I'm sorry if the title's in any way misleading or if my question is hard to understand :l

You mean their in game character? If you mean that then no they can't, they don't own it they have no rights over it what so ever, Blizzard owns it completely and wholly, at best the player 'rents' it.

well, my question to you is...Why?
Why would you NOT want to be in ones machinima...unless of your course it was slanderous or...led to a complete embarrassment on your behalf.
Only other logical reason you are asking this is there was some motive to receive credit perhaps?
