Where Do I Go To Actually Get An Answer For My Problem?

I've already complained in two other forums, and emailed wcm personally about the problem, noone's answering or cares, in my recently uploaded video "Forby - Barthilas 80 Mage PvP" when the timer gets to about 21:30, the video starts glitching up and freezing and the music changes randomly and it skips quite a bit of the video... Can someone please fix this? this is not how i uploaded it, if this is the wrong place to complain, tell me where to so i can actually be heard.

You just have to mail them and wait, they get loads, like LOADS of emails per day, must be 50 to 100 per day easy, especially now with a new site is launched it might well be many hundreds even thousands of "HELP ME FIX 123!" emails per day, you have to just wait then if nothing happens email again a week later or something.
