Suggestion: Report Dead Link

For many times I have come across some old movies which are rated high but have broken links that leads to the frustrating page : "Page cannot be found!"
A 'Report Dead Link' button can solve the problem. If you come across a movie with a broken link you can report it to the mods, then they can put a marker beside it (a red 'B' perhaps) and can notify the author. If the author doesn't fix it in a set period of time, then the movie gets deleted, keeping the database clean of useless un-downloadable movies.

Just my suggestion

Yes good suggestion but are these links mirrors, if so we have no control over them as it is the author's responsibility to update them or remove them. Until this great idea gets implemented send a PM to the author of the movie to inform them that their mirror no longer works.

Yes we know that this website has no control over the external links, however if there was an icon to click beside each mirror, that could be set up to send an email to the author telling them which link was no longer working. If three people click that icon, then perhaps it would send a pm to a mod to temporarily remove that link until the author updates it.
Until something like that happens, yep I guess we'll just PM the author.
