Sony Vegas timeline/playback problem
I can't figure out how to extend the timeline of the video to match the playback speed. The video im trying to edit is 2 minutes long. I change the playback rate to .750 but instead of adjusting on the timeline it stays at 2 minutes. I render it thinking it would adjust by itself but it doesn't. The video should be longer in time.
Ive tried looking through all the options and doing searches and can not find the answer. Please reply if you know what I am doing wrong or how I can extend the time on the timeline. Thanks |

I don't exactly understand what it's your looking for but I suggest you to look at these two threads and maybe you will get what it's your searching for, if it's not just ask again.

I don't know what you mean, do you mean it is sped up?
If you mean what I think you mean (it isnt rendering the whole movie), perhaps you have your loop region set wrong.

I think he used the playback speed slider to change the speed rather than the actual clip properties.
The speed slider controls all the track speeds and is intended for navigating the timeline quickly, and for speeding up/slowing down to allow for finer detail editing.
