recording @ 1680x1050 (wide)
I record @ 1680x1050(wide) resolution and every video I make has a huge file size. I've followed some very detailed rendering tutorials, but I still get big files. Is that resolution too big for wow movies? Do you recommend I lower it to something like 1280x1024? Or is there something I might be missing in the rendering options that is the cause of my huge videos?

You'll get huge file sizes no matter what if you record with FRAPS. It's raw material. That's why you render it to get smaller sizes!

Unfortunately that doesn't answer my question. I'm asking if 1680x1050 is just too big of a resolution to be recording at to make a quality sized video that people would download. I'm getting 1gb+ size videos when they are full rendered and only at 15 mins playtime.
