Kill all rouges

Hello all, I'm a fire mage lvl 76 and getting the s**tballs constantly beat out of me when it comes to rouges. Is there anyway to stop these vermin in pvp? By the time I click my mouse for a "get rid of stun" spell I'm dead. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Respec to Frost.

Also, it's ROGUE not ROUGE.
