Requesting Spotlight position

I am humbly requesting a spotlight position for my new movie.
Plenty of people with good enough fame have spotlight suggested it, but the button doesn't seem to be doing much of anything.

Our Administrators have to review it and then they make the final decision. When people hit that spotlight button it throws the video into a priority queue for our Administrators to check it.
