Maddo - My pvp 2nd pvp vid - help

Hey guyz, I am in need of a bit of help here.

I used Fraps to record as usual, and this time I used a Sony Vegas 8.0 trial to edit my video.

1 of the songs i used in there is In Flames - Man Made God
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4goi_mRjrG4)

That song fits perfectly, the only thing is it stops and starts.
The problem being when it starts, my video gets a huge burst of audio, and I have no idea why, I have checked the edit of the video, and there are no extra layers of the song.

This only happens on youtube, when I watch the one saved to my comp, its fine.
