Getting Trojans from the Homepage..

I checked into WarcraftMovies.com to see if any of the Blizzcon Machinimas had been posted and to my surprise McAfee blocked a Trojan. Details are as follows...

Quote:
McAfee has automatically blocked and removed a Trojan.

Details
Detection: Generic Downloader.ab (Trojan), Generic Downloader.ab (Trojan)
File Path: C:\Documents and Settings\Name\Local Settings\Temp\xrun.exe
I hope you're not trying to slip Trojans onto people's computers, I'm guessing it's one of the banner ads. If this is just a false alarm, ignore this. Thought it might be mentionable though.

We don't have Trojans on our website. I know this for a fact. You can get them from many things. It is nearly impossible to track them down but I 100% guarantee that we do not support them and will not slip them in anywhere. Also what you quoted is in no way linked to us, that was in your temp folder and could have been activated at any time, Trojans can activate by doing a certain action or on a certain date and time. It just so happened that it was when you visited our website that it activated for an unknown reason. I get these sometimes too, you get things like this mainly from visiting websites you aren't very familiar with.

Actually my AV has a problem with WCM's adverts trying to shove an EXE down my machine's throat when I'm not logged on.
