Music Identity?

well I read the sticky and it mentioned music request threads so I guess this is where they go.

Im looking for the Name / Artist of the 2nd song in this Arena video (about 1-2 mins into the vid after the techno song)

I found this randomly on filefront and seeing as the movie didn't show the title in it nor have credits at the end. So finding it on WCM would be pretty hard for me (I know it's from WCM cause it has there plug at the end of it)
