Light Effect (?) Rogue PvP (Sunken & Eryx)

Hiya,

I recently downloaded Sunken & Eryx' "Rogue PvP", and would like to now how to create that nice effect in the intro. It shows in-game footage, but looks like it was rendered. I suppose it's some kind of light-effect among others, but I have no idea how to go about re-creating it.

try the glow effect

It looks like its taken from in-game somewhere and they darkened the footage then added a white glow effect.
