For those using After effects alot difference matte keying (with the difference matte being a solid of whatever color was recorded in wowmodel viewer) is the way to go.
Default effects 'choke' do wonders on getting rid of that nasty aliasing.

when im done with the chroma keying it sometimes appears to have a slight colored edged around the " thingy" still the background color what do i do wrong??

Not much you can do about that.. in the effects window, press the little arrow pointing right so that it points left, this sometimes reduces the glow.

You can start by opening your two clips that you're going to chroma key. The higher layer should be the model with the green/blue background and the lower one is the one you want as background, Onyxia's Lair or whatever.
