Fraps Quality Help Please ^^

I havn't actually messed with fraps in quite a long time, but when I did a while ago, the recorded clips worked perfectly. Since then, I have gotten a 2nd monitor and I am using both of them, one being a 17', and the other a 19' widescreen. Both using different resolutions but spanned together. Whenever I try to record ingame (On the widescreen), the quality is terrible. I've turned down ingame resolution to 1280x720 but it didn't change at all. I also play in windowed mode opposed to full-screen but when I changed it it didn't seem to make much of a difference. If I can get any help, it would be greatly appreciated.

happen to me as well...dont no why the Quality is so low -_-' !! HELP plz

@ OP: Upload a short (1-2 sec) test clip, post your comp specs, info please.
