Video - Music Synch

I was wondering what program would allow me to speed up a video in order to synchronize it to the length of a piece of music. I have an 8 minute video and I want to compress it to 5 minutes so it is the same length as a song.

What do you recommend?

Vegas... Using envelopes. or ctrl drag the edge of the movie (thanks to that other guy in that one thread)

im that other guy, and no terwilliger im not stalking you =P just checkin out new posts

yea holding ctrl and dragging works, but you can go shorter/longer with envelopes, but for that small of change, ctrl should be fine
