Chroma keying problem

When i put me frapsed modelview clip in vegas and edit chroma keying only the half screen turn transparent the other half, the left part of the screen, is pure blue like the original background. Anyone got an idea of the problem ?
The resolution of the fraps WMW clip and vegas setting are the same

Maybe you have the thing on that only shows half of the preview window as what it will actually render as.

Try rendering a few seconds of it, it will probably turn out to be fully transparent.

If you want to fix it, click this option off.
