White border on model and camera spinning?

Hey guys im new here and I was wondering if you guys could help me out.

Ive seen in some of reds videos and also in this one

they get that white background on their models kind of outlining them
I want to know how to do that

also I was wondering if there was a way to make the camera spin around the model. Im having trouble figuring it out.
