Artefacts (black squares) after xvid rendering

Hi,

after I render my movie, when I view it certain parts of the movie are messed up by black squares and other strange artefacts.

It shows up randomly and sometimes it's just a little and other times its like the whole screen :/ I don't know what it is or how to fix it, any help would be appreciated.

ps: I put the same settings as in the stickied guide except I'm frapsin in full size (1152x856 and I render at 1152x856 also). I don't have this problem when I'm rendering half size frapsed scenes 640x480.
