I have found these good:

http://www.gametube.org -- the quality is excellent for a small stream window
http://www.blip.tv -- not as good as Gametube qualitywise, but still noticeably better than Youtube / Google Video / Filefront etc eye tormenting sites

go to www.veoh.com and you find pretty much the same thing =) maybe the new stage6?
