"Send PM" option bugged/not working properly

Clicking on a username from their comment or the authorname from their video's page > Send PM > Send, brings me to a page showing the profile of "-"; a user with no real name, just a "-" (minus sign). I've sent a few PM's to different people in the past few days like this and so far received no reply even though all those people have logged in multiple times, and every time I sent the PM it brought me to the - profile page which I thought was just a negligible bug and that the PM went through.

Today I sent a PM to myself with this method to see if it even really works, and seems like it doesn't; I never got the PM. It's probably somehow redirecting all PM's sent through this method to the user named "-" and not the user it should send it to. After that I sent a PM to myself using the manual method "go to Inbox - Write" and it worked.

Is this a known bug or is it only doing it to me?
