Problems with streaming display

I've just started playing with FRAPS and various editing programs in the last few days. I've reached a fairly acceptable quality to upload at, the problem is that filefront and youtube both display my videos improperly in streaming format. To illustrate, http://hosted.filefront.com/philomel2 . There is a vast quality difference between viewing the streaming video online and downloading the video to watch, and I have no idea why or how to correct it. Anyone have any ideas?
