I used DivX Codec but the quality is still not satisfying (need help)

Hello everyone.

I've watched Nafnaf's how to render to DivX/Stage6 video (found here http://www.warcraftmovies.com/movieview.php?id=39174) to learn about, well, how to render to DivX.

I've done everything exactly as it's been said in the video but the quality is still blurry. I can post an example if needed.

Any help would be appreciated, I've already tried looking at the stickies but I still haven't gotten the perfect quality.

I use a trial version of Vegas Movie Studio 8.0, just a note (maybe it's what's causing this?).
