Rendering with Vegas Pro 8

I was wondering how to configure the settings in Vegas Pro 8 to give me a good quality movie and sort of low file size?

I've just built a new computer so i havn't had to set it up for a long time because i always had saved presets to use with all my wow vids.

Anyway my fraps recordings are at 1680 x 1050 and at 30 fps.

I just tried to render it as .wmv and I got a 1gig movie which is far too big.. really looking for like a 200mb movie. Oh and if it helps any the whole movie as it recorded is all up something like 20gb.

Im a nub at this and havnt made many movies, so any help would be appreciated, thanks
